South Oxfordshire & Vale of White Horse are looking for an experienced, professional and enthusiastic person to join our elections team as an Electoral Services Officer.
We’re looking for someone to work alongside our other Electoral Services Officer to ensure we continue to deliver high quality elections in South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse – this can range from local parish by-elections and Neighbourhood Plan Referendums to parliamentary elections and referendums. You will also work closely with our electoral support officers to deliver an excellent electoral registration service.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced officer who is ambitious, organised, professional and enthusiastic. In return we offer a busy, varied and challenging role which will allow you to play a key and exciting part in ensuring the democratic process in southern Oxfordshire.
You will support the Electoral Services Team Leader in the delivering elections and carrying out electoral registration and administration duties.
If you hold the AEA certificate in electoral administration it’s a bonus, however we are very happy to support you to work towards it.
