We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electoral Services Manager to manage our Electoral Services Team to ensure free, fair elections and referendums take place in accordance with statutory procedures and legislation.

This is a front-line service supporting our citizens and to be successful you will need highly developed communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for elections, electoral events, election planning, canvassing and electoral registrations and will need to demonstrate significant knowledge and experience of managing Electoral Services, ideally holding a recognised qualification such as the AEA Diploma.

Managing the service and you team with drive, purpose and enthusiasm is a pre requisite for this role.

On offer is a very competitive salary of up to £52213 and a market supplement payment of £6k (reviewable every 2 years) plus a wide range of employee benefits including:
